5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lifza Tech provides software testing services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the software under test will be 100% bug-free.
We do not take responsibility for any post-delivery defects unless covered under a signed support or maintenance agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lifza Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or results.
Total liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific testing service.
7. Payment Terms
All payments shall be made as per the agreement signed by both parties.
Delays in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid by the client.

Lifza Tech may use third-party testing tools or platforms such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, etc.
The use of these tools is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective tool providers.
10. Governing Law
